Create states

1. Log in to ProjectWise Administrator.
2. Right-click States in the left pane and select New > State.
3. In the New State Properties dialog, type the Name Preliminary and the Description Initial designs.
4. Click OK. The new state is added to the list.
5. Create the following states:
   • Name Design and the Description Working version
   • Name Review and the Description Review/markup documents
   • Name Issued and the Description Sent to client
